China is set to bolster its security cooperation with African nations, as announced by Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun at the 4th China-Africa Peace and Security Forum held in Beijing on Thursday. Dong highlighted the long-standing defense ties between China and African countries, emphasizing mutual support and shared security interests as key drivers of their relationship.
During the forum, which gathered military representatives and diplomats from the African Union and 41 African countries, Dong underscored the importance of China-Africa security cooperation in contributing to both regional and global stability.
