Benoit Blanc is back with a new look to solve a new crime. The first teaser for Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery has dropped, revealing not only a shocking new case for the detective but also a significant change in his appearance, with Daniel Craig sporting longer hair and a sharp suit.
The crime is as audacious as they come: the murder of a Catholic priest (Josh Brolin) in front of his congregation. This “impossible” mystery will test Blanc’s skills like never before, forcing him to uncover a killer hiding within a sacred space. The teaser promises a suspenseful and engaging story.
The film features an incredible ensemble, with Glenn Close, Kerry Washington, Mila Kunis, and Jeremy Renner joining the whodunit. Blanc’s physical transformation hints at a fresh perspective on the character, adding another layer of excitement for fans of the franchise.
The film has already been unveiled at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 6th. It is now scheduled for a limited theatrical release starting November 26th, followed by its global streaming premiere on Netflix on December 12th.
