Esrom Nyandoro Sells Cherished Match Jerseys to Support Children’s Education

Date:

Former Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Esrom Nyandoro is turning his prized football memorabilia into a lifeline for disadvantaged children. In a heartfelt initiative, he is selling jerseys from some of the most memorable matches of his career to raise school fees for young people who cannot afford to stay in school.
Nyandoro runs the Esrom Nyandoro Education Fund, which supports children and youth facing financial hardship. Instead of keeping his treasured jerseys stored away, he has chosen to use them to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students who need help the most.
In a sincere message shared on social media, Nyandoro invited supporters to contribute, offering his special match-worn shirts in exchange for donations. He encouraged anyone willing to help to reach out directly, underscoring the personal nature of his mission.
Known for his humility and discipline both on and off the pitch, Nyandoro continues to inspire through quiet, impactful leadership. His efforts reflect his deep commitment to giving young Zimbabweans the opportunity to pursue their education and build brighter futures.
